Many people ask how they can get a high frequency of tweets for twitter.com and feeds for friendfeed.com. In the same time they don´t know how to promote the own blog. The easiest way is to combine all services. At least you can post everything full automatically to you facebook.com and myspace.com page. Here I´ll show one way how to do it. The advantage of this way is, that even if you have no time to write something by yourself you always post news on all pages.

OK first you need to setup accounts at twitter.com, friendfeed.com, twitterfeed.com.
Starting with twitterfeed you need to find blogs or web pages you really like by yourself and you think they are really interesting for other people and your friends. Don´t forget your own blog. Check that all this blogs and pages have RSS feeds or ATOM feeds. Put this pages and blogs to twitterfeed.com. Here an example of my twitterfeed account.

Sure as more as you have as higher the frequency of posts. Now every change on one of the pages or the blogs will be posted to twitter. Now go to your friendfeed account. Friendfeed is much better in combining accounts to friendfeed. Here a screenshot with which services you can connect over friendfeed.

You can try any of these applications if you have an account on one of this sites. Now you should setup the twitter application and the facebook application. After this is done all of your tweets from twitter will be posted to friendfeed and over friendfeed directly to facebook.

Now we are coming to myspace. Would be nice if you could post directly from friendfeed to myspace too. But that’s not possible. Itś the same problem like I described in my article “Publish your blog on facebook and myspace”. Myspace has no really good working API for this cause myspace doesn’t accept Java Script. So we have to use the flash widget from twitter to post to myspace. Here how to setup.
Go to your twitter account and open the Twitter badges and widgets.

copy the code from the window. Got to your myspace account to “edit profile”. Paste the code into the section “Interests” and save. Now you are finished. Should look like this :

Now you are ready to get traffic on your twitter and friendfeed account. But take care what you do because you shouldn’t use this to spam into the systems.
